Pre-departure support

Even before you join our program, our coordinators will answer all of your queries and guide you to select the best program that ideally fit your passion, interest and qualification. We will also help you in getting visa, booking flight ticket and more.

Airport pick up

Once you land in the Tribhuvan International Airport in Nepal, you will find our airport representative outside of the international terminal standing with a plate with your name in it. He/ She will greet you and transfer to your hotel accommodation in a comfortable vehicle for the first day. After taking rest, you will head to your placement the following day exploring the fascinating Kathmandu city along the way.

Orientation

This orientation is an extremely important aspect of your entire volunteering in Nepal program. It contains all the trip details, placement concerns and the safety measures as well. You will have the opportunity to familiarize with the Nepalese culture, customs, language, lifestyle which would help you to adjust well.

Constant filed supervision

You will have the committed assistance and company of our in-country coordinator and field representatives to ensuring you have a secure and satisfying volunteering experience in Nepal since your arrival to the departure date.

Caring Host-families

Our coordinator will prudently examine your passion, interests, qualification and mission and choose the best suitable project and host-family for you, ensuring you have a life-changing experience and a comfortable home away from home. Hygienic and nutritious local home-cooked meals will be arranged 3/4 times a day. 

24/7 answer and assistance in any of your queries

The in-country coordinator will be available 24/7 to answer your queries and solve any type of problem you face throughout your volunteering period in Nepal. If you get sick, you will be immediately taken to the hospital and provided needed medication. The local staff at the assignment will also be on-hand to retain you upkeep, and safeguard you are not in danger and having a great experience.
