HHFN offers the Group Nature Conservation program in Nepal for minimum of 6 to 20 volunteers. You will live and work together for the betterment of the deprived Nepalese communities. The growing human settlement in forested land and industrialization has also intensified the problem. Many local non-government and international organizations have been raising awareness against the issue. However, the issue has not been addressed yet. HHFN invites volunteers from around the world to contribute to this environmental conservation project in Nepal.

You will also get involved in distribution of plants to different communities. Our coordinator will guide you during the project period. No specific skills and qualifications are required to join this project. However, you need to be physically sound as your most of the works will be physical. Upon your arrival to join Nepal volunteer program, you will be picked up at the airport and transfer to your placement. An orientation program will be arranged after your arrival. You will be briefed about the program, Nepalese cultures, traditions, dress-code and most importantly, your roles and responsibilities while staying in Nepal for volunteering.

Accomodation and Food
Food and accommodation are arranged in Host family or hostel during your volunteer work in Nepal. Traditional Nepalese cuisines consisting Daal, Bhat and pickle will be served during lunch. Breakfast and dinner will also be provided. Our host families have basic bathroom facilities and running tap water. Electricity facility is available.
